1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PseudoSmart LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including pseudosmart.ai, kthx.pseudosmart.ai, meredith.pseudosmart.ai, geoff.pseudosmart.ai, and any associated applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

PseudoSmart provides AI-powered tools and applications, including but not limited to:

• kthx: AI email automation for Gmail — classification, labeling, archiving, and routing
• Meredith: AI kitchen assistant for recipe management, meal planning, and cooking guidance
• Geoff: AI-powered fleet management intelligence built on the Geotab platform

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must sign in using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 13 years of age
• Agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Scrape or collect data from the Services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Services, including recipes, email rules, fleet queries, and other data. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content as necessary to provide the Services.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content created by PseudoSmart, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Tasks), Geotab, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, classifications, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, legal, or safety-critical advice
• Should be reviewed before acting on recommendations
• Is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSEUDOSMART LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PseudoSmart LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
